DAY 1: ISTANBUL Arrival and reception at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 2: ISTANBUL Breakfast and departure to visit the old part where the most outstanding Byzantine and Ottoman monuments are concentrated. We will start with a visit to the ancient Roman Hippodrome, where the obelisks of the Serpent and Theodosius stand out, as well as the famous Egyptian Obelisk. After visiting the gardens of the Blue Mosque, the only one in the world with six minarets, you will visit the famous Hagia Sophia temple. It was the largest sanctuary in the world until the 17th century built by Emperor Justinian during the 6th century. After lunch, visit the Topkapı Palace, famous giant enclosure from where the entire Ottoman Empire was run for almost 400 years. Back to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 3: ISTANBUL – ANKARA Full day visit that begins with the Species Market. Cruise through the Bosphorus (strait that separates the two continents, Asia and Europe), where you can see the beautiful Ottoman villas, the Palaces of Dolmabahçe, Çiragan and Beylerbeyi, the Rumeli Hisari Fortress, among others. Then departure to Ankara capital of modern Turkey. Arrival at the hotel. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 4: ANKARA – CAPPADOCIA Breakfast and panoramic view of the city, then visit of the Mausoleum of Ataturk (Founder of the Turkish Republic). After lunch, we will see the second largest lake in Turkey. The salt lake has a large concentration of salts and other minerals that make it attractive because it is the second largest in Turkey. We continue the trip to Cappadocia. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 5: CAPPADOCIA At dawn you will have the possibility of participating in an optional hot air balloon excursion. Breakfast. Visit this fantastic region for its fascinating and original landscape, formed by the lava thrown by the volcanoes Erciyes and Hasan 3 million years ago. Visit of Pasabag Valley, Çavusin, Avcilar and Güvercinlik; which have a spectacular landscape of the Fairy Chimneys. DAY 6: CAPPADOCIA – KONYA – PAMUKKALE Breakfast. Early departure to Konya, capital of the Seljuk Sultans in the 11th century. Visit of the Mevlana Mausoleum, poet and philosopher who founded the mystical and religious sect of the Dancing Dervishes. Following the trip to Pamukkale, spectacular place unique in the world, for its dazzling white waterfalls and natural pools. We will visit the ancient Hierapolis, the Necropolis that contains more than 150,000 tombs. Transfer to the planned hotel and dinner.
DAY 7: PAMUKKALE – EPHESO – KUSADASI Breakfast and departure to Ephesus. Greco-Roman city, former capital of Asia Minor and one of the best preserved of antiquity where are the Temple of Hadrian, Temple of Trajan, the theater, the Library of Celso among others. Visit of the House of the Virgin, place where he spent the last years of his life. Transfer to the planned hotel dinner and accommodation.
DAY 8: KUSADASI – PERGAMO – ÇANAKKALE Breakfast and trip to Pergamo, rival city of Alejandria in the domain of arts and letters. Visit of the Temple of Asceplion. Optionally you can visit the ancient Roman city, which highlights, its Theater, the Temple of Trajan, the Altar of Zeus, etc. Next we go to Çanakkale passing through the Dardanelles strait. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 9: ÇANAKKALE – TROYA – ISTANBUL Breakfast and departure to Troy, legendary city whose fame comes from the “Iliad” of Homer and the Trojan War. A continuation of the trip to Istanbul. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
DAY 10: ISTANBUL Breakfast, at the scheduled time, departure to the airport to take the flight to your next destination. End of services.
